"Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kouenmae Hashutsujo" , こちら葛飾区亀有公園前派出所, (This is the Police Station in front of Kameari Park in Katsushika Ward) is a Japanese manga series written by Osamu Akimoto. It was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1976 to 2016, and new installments have been produced at a pace of approximately one per year since then. Its common and official abbreviation is "Kochikame".

Episodes mostly focus on Kankichi Ryotsu, a police officer working at the Kameari Park Police Box in Katsushika Ward, Tokyo, and revolves around the antics of himself and his colleagues and those around him. It is a pioneering work as a gag manga that uses a relatively realistic art style (especially in the early stages of its serialization) that is close to dramatic manga. Although each episode is generally self-contained, some stories occasionally span multiple episodes.

A member of the distinguished Japanese-American Bakunyuu family which has many active duty members serving in the United States Military, Jagd Panther is a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps. She is the niece of the family patriarch, Onitora Bakunyuu and a fourth generation Japanese-American.

Known as “Titty Colonel” (never to her face though, ever), Jagd Panther once served in USS Enterprise's Marine contingent and also worked as an instructor for SOCOM. (It is unclear which unit but it is assumed to be Force Recon.) She is currently in Tokyo as a part of cross-training program as an instructor for TMPD.

Jagd Panther is confident, assertive, dominant but also fair, demanding the best without resorting to cruelty. She is also famous for her tall, fit yet also voluptous body. (She has the largest bust size in the series.) However, she also has no tolerance for incompetence or disrespect and carries a whip which she uses on people who offend her. She once switched to a paper fan, out of pity after Ryotsu protested, but due to her herculean strenght, blow still sent Ryotsu flying. Despite the resistance from her large breasts, she also is an excellent swimmer. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she is fluent with Japanese, in addition to German and her native English.

She is described as "feared more than a demon in a man's world."

According to her cousin Jodie (who is a US Navy Officer), her only weakness is rats and she screams when she sees one. Upon hearing this, Ryotsu once put a rat costume on himself to scare her off but due to her tendency to maintain her composure in front of her subordinates, it resulted in her just grabbing an assault rifle and firing indiscriminately at Ryotsu, chasing him off.
