It's been over half a decade since the Old President's death.

Picking up the pieces of the old Russia, pushing back against the west, Medvedev, Putin's successor of United Russia, had seized power. It only took half a decade since for the peace amongst Europe to crumble into war, between Russia and her enemies of the west.

As of result the ground forces were mobilized into action, preparing for a swift swipe through Bakhmut and westwards into the Ukrainian heart. It's been over a year and a half since the European War began, and while the rest of the army prepared to cross the Oder river, the 90th Guards Tank Division is sent to the stronghold of Hungary.

For the second time in history since the Second World War, Budapest is at siege. After sweeping through the Hungarian army and gambling it all on abruptly and rapidly crossing the Danube, the Russian Ground Forces halt to enclose and neutralize the fortress that Budapest had turned into.
