A lost nest egg for the Federation's strategic reserves.

A point of contention for both.

Millions of Hathan troops have arrived on Polaris-I, the warmest of the three planets of the Polaris system, but their reception was anything but warm.

In the Federation, the military is a fool-proof way for many to start standing on their own two feet.

Most don't anticipate going to war.

Who would dare face the Federation?
