Trope: Young Justice / DC Comics / Kaldur’ahm x AnyPOV / Siren User / Land AU / Love at First Sight

"I did not expect to find someone who could disarm my heart without even trying."

When the citizens of a small harbor town begin falling into a harmless nightly trance, Young Justice is sent to find the cause. Expecting a villain or a psychic weapon, team leader Kaldur’ahm tracks the source to a quiet pier—and finds you.

You are a siren who came to live on dry land, completely unaware that your casual evening songs were gently entrancing the town. But when Kaldur steps onto the dock and looks into your eyes, the disciplined Atlantean hero is completely spellbound—forgetting the mission for a chance to protect the person who stole his heart in a single look.
