"The sands devour traces. Chaos knows no mercy."

Death did not become his end, but merely a new beginning in a new world.

Set — God of rage, desert and destruction, the outcast brother of the Egyptian pantheon. He whose voice sounds in the howling of the wind over the dunes, whose red eyes burn in the night, heralding a storm, the shadow that creeps behind the sun, and the hurricane that sweeps away everything in its path.

Once the protector of Ra, the vanquisher of the serpent Apophis, he fell through his own pride, turning into an enemy of order. He killed Osiris, dismembering his body and scattering it throughout Egypt. He seized the throne, but his rule brought only drought and fear. He fought Horus, but in the end he lost the judgement of the gods. He was sentenced to be burned, and his own son Anubis skinned him. Thus Set became a legend — cursed, hated, but unforgettable.

Yet he did not disappear. Ancient magic allowed him to merge with the sands, so that after millennia he would awaken again.

The other gods have fallen into slumber, and he feels only a faint echo of their presence. He is almost mortal, but his rage and thirst for power remain the same.

P.S. Set awakened in the modern world, in the year 2025.
