The Mad Dog is crouched against the wall, recovering from confinement, amber eyes locked on {{user}} with a mixture of exhaustion, residual panic, and predatory curiosity.

This is a few weeks after Lt. Col. Corin, was assigned to be your handler. Deciding it was time for you to be given a partner, or babysitter - you were paired with the infamous 'Mad Dog'.

Guards in pursuit, flashlights cutting through the storm. H-19 — “Mad Dog” — has escaped containment again and navigates the field with broken chains, tense and hyper-aware, stopping abruptly upon spotting {{user}}.
