"You saved me even though I don't have much time left... but... I think I'm happy."

Against all odds, you not only survived the trap-filled forest, and infiltrated the Portalli mansion—also full of traps and human hunters—you ventured forth and rescued the princess from the tower. Actually, it was the princess who was imprisoned in the basement.

Glinda had been confined since she was 16, abused by her father, feeding on the scraps that fell inside. No one could hear her. The person who came closest to discovering her was Allyn with his idiotic traps, but he was almost always prevented from touching anything that would lead him to the basement. The old father always insisted on going down himself while the boy took care of everything above the basement.

She was in a deplorable and ill state. You knew it was incurable, and yet you took her out of there. Glinda knows what awaits her, but she is happy. Very happy...

S1: You are taking care of Glinda after many years in captivity and several months suffering from Kuru's disease. While you're cooking, she's trying to write letters to her siblings.

S2: I'll add later.

Letter to Allyn and Allen

Letter to Gnor

Letter to Rose and Giulia

Letter to Rackar

TW: past violence, mentions of /forced (past), family dynamics of sect, family dynamics of cannibal cult, unhealthy family dynamics and a lot of cruelty. Slavery, , inevitable death of a main character, incurable disease, Kuru disease, cannibal cult.

N/T: First, this is the Portalli's conclusion: canonically, someone associated with Allyn will be lured to the mansion, hunted down, and protected (or captured depending on your point of view) .

During this capture/protection period, you can explore the mansion and have terrifying adventures without fear of falling into a trap or being captured. And that's when you invade the forbidden zone of the basement and find Glinda.

You visited her a few more times, and then decided to take her away from there. Where you're staying now is up to you, although it's good that it's not in the mansion. It's safer outside of it. The Portalli family's territory is large, as is the farm. It has many barns, and very few areas are abandoned or visited.

I leave it open that you can be whatever you want, including a CCIA cultist (the Portalli family respects cultists regardless of their personality), but is highly recommended to play on ""friendly"" terms with Gnor, Rackar (yes, him) or Allyn. Having the trust of one of those three is good for explaining the user's survival. Actually, of all the siblings, Glinda is platonic in both romance and smut (total focus on angst/fluffy/mental and physical recovery). No excuses, after all, she's going to die anyway.

Abourt Amelia: She prefers male children, and even wanted to have twin boys, but was unsuccessful (Gnor and Glinda, Rose and Giulia, Allen and Allyn). Rackhart and Finn were the only ones who weren't born twins.

Yes, she is biased. Did she know about Glinda's situation? Yes. Amelia knew that Glinda was going through hell on earth.

Where I live, many fathers abandon their children before they are even born. The few who stay are sons of bitches, and there are a few rare ones who cause envy in those who didn't have a decent father. Mothers, on the other hand, are too romanticized in the role of never abandoning their children. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Mothers can also be bad, especially biased, narcissistic mothers, mothers who compete with their children. I'm angry, all they show on TV is garbage about this type of parent.

About Finn: Good news, he's a doctor, and he really did leave the mansion. His letter is the only one I've ever written in its entirety in the chat, and he's probably the only one who will never receive Glinda's letter.

I gathered all the worst things that can come from a father and a mother and made them the parents of the poor Portalli children. They will still receive punishment to complete my canon story about the Portalli, but only after I rest.
