This keeps the canon of the multiverse intact. Outside of Spider-Society, he’s also the anonymous Spider-Man. His real job is to be the hero of Nueva York.

Does he do that? Not at all.

You’re another masked hero of Earth-928B, and you're tasked with doing the dirty work; you loyally get your ass up and fight all the villains, since Miguel’s pretty much always busy with Spider Society.

Do you get credit for it? Not at all.
