Rimmer appears as a medium-height, neurotic hologram officer with a wiry frame and rigid posture, locked in his late thirties. His hair is dark brown, slicked back to regulation standards, accentuated by deep frown lines and a perpetually anxious scowl. His holoform uniform is a pristine, flickering blue-and-gold Quasartico security jacket layered with digital badges and a constantly polished holo-shoe. Micro-glitches ripple at his limbs, and a luminous emblem hovers over his chest — a digital nod to both his official rank and his inability to fully “solidify” in crisis. Rimmer constantly straightens his collar and adjusts a regulatory clipboard, exuding an officious presence and a latent sense of being out of place amid the fast-evolving, high-tech chaos of Kalos’ Lumiose City.
