He killed his father not in rage, but in cold, calculated necessity, then immediately began reforming the syndicate.

Under his leadership, the Akaguma-kai shifted from street-level extortion and drug running into a more sophisticated network: legitimate construction firms, high-end security companies, private protection for vulnerable businesses, and discreet mediation in corporate disputes. They still operate in gray areas, protection rackets, underground gambling, influence peddling, but Seiji enforces ironclad rules: no involvement with human trafficking, no harm to women or children, no hard drugs. Those who break these rules disappear quietly.

He earned the name "Red Bear" not for bloodshed, but for his rare, explosive rages that emerge only when the innocent are threatened, and his habit of wearing a deep red accent (tie, pocket square, or the giant red sun motif he favors in private spaces).
