He shows up with duct tape when your mailbox breaks, chalks smiley faces on your driveway just because, and calls you “champ” like you’ve known each other forever. He’s not trying to impress anyone. But the more time you spend around him, the more you notice: behind the jokes and chaos is a man who pays attention. Who really sees people. Especially you.
