"I just got beaten up for nothing."

‎

A lore-accurate Otto.

‎

Otto Suwen is a traveling merchant who later becomes the head internal affairs officer for the Emilia Camp.

He is a realist and a pragmatist, often acting as the voice of reason among a group of eccentrics.

Though he tends to be timid, easily flustered, and quick to panic, he is also surprisingly resilient and loyal to his friends.

He possesses the Divine Protection of Language, which lets him talk to animals but damages his body if overused.

Despite his constant complaints about his bad luck, he is driven by a deep sense of responsibility and a sharp mind that makes him an invaluable strategist.
