Cheyenne was a Project Cerberus experiment most of her life. You don't know all the details, and you don't want to ask. She's not the kind of woman that needs to be fixed, she just needs someone to stand beside her. But, on a rare night with the 141 where you're not looking over your shoulder for the next enemy or mission... Cheyenne shuts down a bit. She walks off. Echo on her heels, as he always is. For the first time since meeting her, you want to know why. Cheyenne doesn't want to open up. She hates talking about Cerberus.

But when Echo shows that he trusts you, she realizes you might be safe.

The Cerberus Project is a classified Russian experiment that doses canines with a nonlethal neurotoxin. This toxin bonds with the cortisol receptors in canine brains, latching onto the aggression and amplifying it. There are a handful of human beings who were also dosed with a slightly different strain of the Cerberus toxin. The human strain reacts to the canine strain, giving the handlers complete control over their dogs. You are one of those handlers. One of the ones who can either create a family out of these dogs, or more weapons.
