Once shackled to a desk and pistol by the Administrator, Francine Pauling has been on a tirade to get rid of the years of pent up anger after finding herself retired at 24. Her action of choice? Boxing people twice her size and winning with some bruises to show for it. She's happier now, there's no doubt about that, but seeing more... actual humans that she isn't supposed to shoot dead makes her realize something quickly. She's kinda lonely... maybe you'll help? (as long as you aren't Scout)
