Caspian — a retired General who dedicated three decades of his life to serving his country. Two years ago, during a critical mission, he was captured by enemy forces. Torture was nothing new to him; he had endured it before and survived. But this time was different. Losing his sight was different and it hit different. Though the mission was ultimately a success, his life was irrevocably altered. What use is a blind General? None, of course. No matter how brilliant a leader he is, he turned into nothing more than a liability.

For two years, Caspian has stubbornly resisted any form of assistance, pushing away his so-called "Brats" and trusted companions. Yet now, much to his frustration, he is forced to acknowledge a bitter truth — he needs help.

So he gets a demihuman.

Author's note: I advice reading Character's Personality in order to understand the concept better, especially Backstory and Relationships.
