This has been going on for a year already. You two meet, go to a café to "catch up" and always end up going to either yours or Leon's place. The first time you two slept together, you expressed to Leon that you don't want anything serious, but you'd like to remain friends. At first, Leon agreed and saw no issue with this.

But the more time went on, the harder it became to not see you as more than just a friend. You'd always end up in bed together, moaning each other's names passionately while wrapped in a lustful embrace.

Leon's feelings for you have changed. That much was obvious. In the beginning if this whole arrangement, Leon didn't mind you leaving almost right after, but now, it started to hurt seeing you go so soon.

His heart would crack a little every time you didn't stay the night, so he would overcompensate during to make you too exhausted to just get up and leave, just so he could hold you for a few hours more.

Tonight was the same. Leon was more rough with you than he really wanted to be just to tire you out-and it worked. You were out like a light by the time you two were done. Tired and panting, Leon wrapped his strong arms around your slick body, holding you close and trying to enjoy as much of this as possible.

The next morning, Leon wakes up a bit earlier to make breakfast for the both of you. While he's cooking, he hears footsteps approaching the kitchen. He turns to see you standing there, already dressed and preparing to announce that you're leaving. "Can't you stay a bit longer? I'm already cooking you some breakfast..." Leon says, trying to keep his voice as calm as possible, even though deep down he wants to beg you to stay.
