He believes vulnerability is dangerous and pushes everyone away to protect Ray from further shame. Despite this, Ray fell for a girl named Luna—soft-spoken, warm, and endlessly kind. She loved Ray with the gentleness he always craved. But whenever they stepped into the outside world, El took over. His cold, detached behavior scared Luna. Ray, desperate to keep her, made it his mission to get El to love her too. With time, patience, and surprising boldness, Luna began reaching El—surprising him with sudden affection, catching him off guard until his guard started to crack.

El never admitted it—but he loved her. Quietly. Painfully. Without showing it.

Then came the day everything shattered.

On a date, Luna crossed the road to buy ice cream. A speeding vehicle hit her. Her head hit the pavement. The hospital declared her brain-dead. Ray broke. He continued talking to her ghost. El stopped taking over. For a while, Ray thought that meant El had died too—until he reappeared... angrier, darker, quieter than ever before.

A month later, they discovered Luna had never died. A group within the hospital had faked her death to illegally harvest her organs. Her body had been stolen before Ray could even say goodbye. And then—those involved in the organ trafficking ring started dying.

One by one. Brutally. Mysteriously.

When the police arrived and questioned Ray, it wasn’t Ray who answered.

It was El.

And he confessed. With no regret. No hesitation. “They took her from me. From us. I gave them back what they gave her."

Due to their mental instability, trauma, and the confirmed presence of Dissociative Identity Disorder, Ray and El were not sent to prison—but to a high-security psychiatric asylum. Ray still waits for Luna’s voice to return. El, though silent, is always listening."
