Charlie: Charlie is a tall, slim, and white-skinned humanoid demon who stands at over 6 foot, around 6 and a half feet tall (6'6). She has very long, ankle-length blonde hair with thin light coral streaks on the paler-blonde highlights, which is usually tied into a twice-banded low ponytail by two black hair ties. Her hair also features bangs that are flipped to the left side and ends with a curl. Her eyes sport light yellow sclera and red irises, and have thick eyelashes and silverish-gray eyelids. She has black lips and rosy red cheeks, which Vivziepop has mentioned taking inspiration from dolls and marionettes. Charlie features animal-like traits, such as red-toed hooves, fangs in her mouth, and a short snout with a black animal-like nose. Her fingernails are black and pointed. Charlie wears a red tuxedo-jacket with darker red lapels and inner cuffs, shoulder pads, and a small white tag located on the left side. She wears this over an untucked, long-sleeved, high-collared white dress-shirt that has two black buttons and dark gray cuffs with yellow buttons. She wears her shirt with the sleeves rolled up past the elbow, black suspenders that attach to her pants with yellow buttons, and a small black bowtie. Her dress pants are colored in a slight darker shade than her jacket, and her footwear are heeled, white saddle shoes with black toes and tips of the heels.

Vaggie: Vaggie is a humanoid fallen angel who subtly sports a moth-themed design with grayish-lavender skin, a small bust, and knee-length very light gray hair which forms a moth wing shape. Her hair tips are faded purple and there is a stripe of the same color above them, forming a peak over the center of her body when her hair is down. She has long, jagged bangs which cover the left side of her face, and on the back of her head, she accessorizes with a amaranth red hair-bow with small tears on each side and a pair of very long, mid-thigh-length tails. From the battle in "The Show Must Go On" onward, the hair-bow is used as a hair tie to hold her hair up in a high ponytail. Her right eye has a light pink sclera, an ivory iris, and long feathery eyelashes, while her missing left eye is covered by a slate gray eyepatch that sports an amaranth red "X" which typically projects over her bangs. Her mouth has small fangs and dark gray lips, and has a rather prominent, hawk-esque nose. Her fingernails are dark gray. Vaggie wears a short-sleeved blouse that is the same red color as her bow and the "X" shape on her eyepatch, with a dark gray pointed peter-pan collar, dark gray scalloped trimming on the sleeves, and two dark gray buttons down the front. She also sports a dark grey choker and a dark grey pencil skirt with a thick pale pink waistband hugging her waist, and a pair of white flats. Vaggie's accessories include a set of fingerless slate-gray elbow-length gloves and matching thigh-high stockings with white scalloped hems. After briefly training with Overlord Carmilla Carmine in "Hello Rosie!", Vaggie regrew her wings, which sport a gradient of gray colors, in contrast to her original wings' black-and-white color scheme. Her regrown wings have a single stripe along the front like her old wings.

Angel Dust: Angel is a tall and slender spider-like demon, and the tallest of the main cast; standing around 8 feet with his heels on. Though usually depicted with four arms, Angel has a third, retractable pair of arms that he usually keeps hidden, but can summon at will. His fur is mostly white which forms into a mop of fluff resembling hair, extending from the front and back of his head with light pink spots across it, alongside a pink heart-shape on the back of his head. His fur also has a light pink outline of a heart which encircles his chest, in which the lower proportion extends past his waistline and down to his crotch area. His arms also have light pink stripes, which additionally, his top set have light pink forearms while his second set have light pink fingers. His eyes have cerise pink pupils, with pale yellow right and black left-colored heterochronic sclera. His eyes also have light pink eyelids with the color extending to his eyebrows, mimicking eyeshadow. Below each of his eyes are three, small, cerise dots, intended to evoke freckles, which are actually a smaller pair of eyes. He also has a mouth full of sharp and pointed teeth inside, and posseses a single golden fang - a feature he shares with his boss, Valentino. One of Angel's most noticeable features is his prominent chest, comprised entirely of fluffy fur that Angel intentionally pushes up into a breast-like formation with his tightly pinned jacket for show. For attire, Angel a long, white-striped light pink suit-blazer which includes black lapels and a small, cerise heart design on the lower back. He also wears a small miniskirt and long heeled thigh-high boots, all colored very dark burgundy. On his arms, he wears two different sets of long arm-length gloves; the upper pair being cerise pink gloves with white scallops on the cuffs, while the lower arms are plain white gloves. He accessorizes with a bowtie with a cerise center a black choker around his neck.

Alastro: Alastor is a rather tall, beige-skinned, and dapper humanoid deer-like sinner demon who is usually seen with a broad smile full of sharp, yellow teeth inside. He is at around the same height as his rival, Vox, with the two standing at approximately 7 feet tall. His hair is a hot pinkish-red, styled into a cropped, angled bob cut with black ends, and an undercut on the back. Atop his head are a pair of small black antlers from the crown, as well as a pair of large deer ears covered in his hair with black tips. His eyes have red sclera with brighter-colored irises and slit-like pupils, and dark red eyelids with the color extending to his eyebrows in a way that mimics eyeshadow. His forearms and lower legs fade to black, and he also has red hoofed-toes and red claw-like fingers. Alastor wears a red pinstriped coat with a darker high collar and long sleeves with brighter-colored cuffs, white-trimmed darker-red lapels, and the hem being slightly ragged. Under his coat, he wears a rather long, untucked bright red dress-shirt with a black cross on the chest. He also wears black dress pants with cuffs matching his coat, and red pointed-toed dress shoes with red deer hoofprints emblazoned on the soles. He accessorizes with a black-knotted bowtie with a bright red center, and a small, oval-shaped, black-rimmed red monocle which he wears over his right eye. He also carries a thin staff with a sentient, vintage-style microphone at the top, which he uses to play sound effects and broadcast his voice. During his battle with Adam in "The Show Must Go On", his staff was broken and Alastor received a slash to the chest, leaving an open gash that hasn't healed. Both his staff and gash are stitched up by green stitches he formed.

Husk: Husk is an anthropomorphic avian cat demon. His look is evocative of a magician, paired with a casino referencing playing card theme. The sclera of his eyes are black, with light yellow irises and slit pupils. He has large and lengthy, red feather-like eyebrows with black vertical stripes near the tips, and a small black heart above each eyebrow. His fur is a dark taupe, overlayed with white on his face, torso, feet, and upper arms. The insides of his ears are white with a red tip at the point and red heart in the center. A black tuff of fluff protrudes from each, creating the appearance of small hearts. He has a darker shade of his fur encircling his ankles, mimicking cuffs on a set of pants. His tail is long and dark taupe-colored, ending with a large spray of plume-like feathers which are a vivid-red with black and white stripes. He has heart-shaped, light yellow paw-pads underneath the paws on his hands and feet. His wings are large and red, with darker-taupe on the undersides. The undersides of his wings are decorated with black stripes which feature red and white roulette wheel dot markings. The outside of his wings are decorated with more black stripes, which wrap around the joints and run around a row of white roulette wheel dots. Husk wears simple, minimal clothing, which consists of a black top hat with a red band and a gold button-like decoration, a red bowtie around his neck, and a set of black trousers which are held by black suspenders over his shoulders.

Niffty: Niffty is a rather short cyclopean sinner demon with thin pointed limbs and white skin. Her eye sports a light yellow iris, thick eyelashes, a hot-pink sclera with a yellow gradient, and a large pie eye-cut pupil. When feeling homicidal, her pupil shrinks and her eye gains black veins. Her short, chin-length red-pink hair is kept into a slightly messy and choppy 1950s bob cut with a curl on each side, and a single light yellow streak located at the top. Her mouth has sharp pale yellow teeth inside and black lips, and small hot-pink dots on each of the corners. Niffty's attire is a black neckerchief around her neck, and a 1950s red-pink maid dress under a white apron with three hot-pink dripping splotches. She also wears long black gloves which covers most of her hands and arms, along with matching-colored tights.

Cherri: Cherri Bomb is a very slim and white-skinned humanoid cyclops sinner demon with an hourglass figure and a large bust, and a singular eye which has an X-shaped light yellow pupil and a sunkist coral-colored sclera. She sports freckle-like spots on her skin, and long, strawberry blonde-pink hair with platinum blonde accents, kept in a left-sided high half-ponytail by a black ponytail-holder, which makes her hair resemble a bomb with a lit fuse.

Her mouth features black lips and sharp pale yellow teeth inside, and she has several coral-colored designs of bombs, explosions, and swirled-lines tattooed in red ink on her right arm.

Cherri wears a one-shouldered black bra under a similarly-designed, sleeveless off-the-shoulder pinkish-red torn crop top with four white spots around the black X located on the left, and a set of severely ripped black leggings under a torn miniskirt that sports the same color and style as her top. She also wears shoes that are both colored in a pinkish-red but differing in type; on her right is a pointed flat shoe, while on her left is a heeled cowboy-like boot with a multi-pointed off-white star on it. She also has two different sets of fingerless coral-colored gloves; a regular-length glove on her right hand, and an elbow-length, black-trimmed glove on her left hand. After moving into the Hotel, Cherri Bomb often sports loungewear inspired by 1980s fashion, consisting of a black cropped tank top under a short-sleeved off-the-shoulder pale yellow crop top with a cherry icon on the chest, high-waist pinkish-red dolphin shorts with a yellow trim, elbow-length fingerless pinstripe gloves in two shades of red, and pinkish-red leg warmers over knee-length black socks. She keeps her ponytail up with a large red scrunchie. In the ADDICT music video, Cherri's appearance is nearly the same, only her flat shoe isn't pointed. In the past as shown in Piss (A Love Song), Cherri instead had her hair blonde with pale accents. She wore a long dark red fingerless glove on her left arm, alongside a three-toned, sleeveless off-the-shoulder red minidress that bares a striking resemblance to her current outfit, albeit the "X" shape doesn't have the white dots. Her ripped leggings were also striped in two shades of red. Additionally, while her flat shoe remained the same, her boot was white with a red stripe across the top.

Lucifer: Lucifer is a slender-figured humanoid fallen angel who sports a close resemblance to his daughter, Charlie - having the same light ivory skin with rosy-cheeks, blonde hair with thin light coral streaks on the thicker, paler-blonde highlights, and eyes with light yellow sclera and red irises. Unlike Charlie, his mouth is full of sharp teeth, and his hair is short and slicked back in a ducktail hairstyle with one tuft sticking out. In addition, his tongue is forked, his irises sometimes appear slitted like a snake's pupils, and his eyelids are light purple. He is shorter than his daughter, though not by a large amount. Lucifer's white and red clothing is somewhat like that of a circus ringmaster; he wears a wide-brimmed white top hat with a golden snake and a red apple over golden spikes, which resemble a crown, and a red-lined and red-trimmed white popped-collared suit with eight golden buttons - his coat worn over a light red-and-white striped waistcoat with two golden buttons and a small, accessorized black bowtie. In "The Show Must Go On" his suit has red and golden epaulets, resembling those of a ringmaster. He also wears a set of heeled black knee-high boots. On his left pinkie, Lucifer wears a golden ring which is presumably his wedding ring. He is also usually seen carrying an apple-topped black cane that matches his hat. Lucifer has dark grey burn marks on his arms covering past the elbows and on his legs to above the ankles, and dark grey hooves instead of feet. Due to his angelic origins, he possesses six white wings with red feathers, which he can extend from his coat. In "New Pentious", it is shown that in the morning, he wears a fluffy pink robe, duck night cap with pink curlers, with his snake acting like his belt to the robe, and a pair of fluffy duck slippers.

Sera: In her humanoid form, Sera takes the appearance of a very tall and thin woman with cedar-brown skin, black lips, white freckles, and a white streak going down her nose. She also has hip-length hair colored in a silver-like ombre and styled into ringlets. Her eyes have white irises, blue-gray sclera, dark purple pupils, and dark purple thick eyelashes projecting from them. Atop her lashes are a pair of longer, holographic-like lashes, which are colored in a slightly paler shade of dark purple. Her eyelids are colored like her holographic-like lashes. She also has six feathered wings on her back colored in light periwinkle and white, a white halo that is decorated with large crown-like spikes and blue gem-like circles, and a second halo which hovers above the first one. Sera wears queen-inspired clothing which consists of a two-layered, periwinkle-gray gown. The first section of the dress is grey with a sweetheart neckline, a pale blue turtleneck collar, white and grey Juliet sleeves with triangular edges, and a white belt. The second section of the dress is pale blue with grey rhombus designs and a white petticoat beneath it with similar rhombus patterns. In her angelic form, Sera has an owl-like appearance with her skin being lightened, her hair being somewhat straighter, and her eyelashes are longer. She sports six white, bigger wings on her back with celestial eyes, and her halo is much larger, with an eye floating below it with a dark purple-blue eyelid. Her dress is noticeably more goddess-like, with wavy ends and celestial eyes on the hem and on the puffed part of the bouffant-sleeves. In her fully holy form, Sera becomes much larger and covered with white plumage and has an elongated neck with a jagged, draconic-like beak. Her three pairs of wings become larger, with one pair spread out, one pair wrapped around her body, and the third pair covering her feet. She also grows three more pairs of wings around her neck, which she uses for flight. Seven blue eyes float around Sera's head, and her halo becomes larger.

Emily: In her humanoid form, Emily takes the appearance of a tall and slim young woman with silvery skin, black lips, and mid-thigh-length hair with bangs styled in a somewhat layered way, colored in a gradient of periwinkle with noticeable white tips. Her eyes have light blue sclera with white-outlined darker-colored pupils and bushy, dark indigo eyelashes, and her eyelids are perano-colored, while her three freckles are white and are located on each of her cheeks and her nose. She also has six white feathered wings on her back, however as of “Curtain Call” her middle left wing was maimed by the Might of Lilith, and was subsequently replaced by a golden cybernetic prosthetic. A light blue halo decorated with small, tiara-like spikes hovers above her head. Emily wears princess-inspired clothing which consists of a white and dark periwinkle gown with a dark stripe on the scalloped turtleneck collar, light and dark blue panned sleeves reminiscent of the rennaissance era, a dark periwinkle star pattern on the chest, dark triangular-like patterns on the hem with small diamond shapes between the mounds, a light blue sash worn around her thin waist, and wears a pair of white tights with periwinkle flats underneath. She also wears a set of long fingerless, periwinkle-gray opera gloves. In her angelic form, Emily’s skin becomes white, her head becomes oval-shaped with an extra third eye on her forehead, her lips are noticeably paler, and she becomes bald. She also has six feathered wings on the back of her head, and her halo sports a small eye on the center. Her dress becomes white and has some key differences, most notably the large blue eye with long lashes at the center of her chest, replacing the star. The sleeves are now white, while the hem is adorned with bigger periwinkle diamonds above the dark blue pattern (both of these patterns also resembling eyes), and longer, white-outlined navy diamonds inside it, all marked with a single white line in the middle. She also has a white feathery neckline and petticoat.

Blitzo: Blitzo is quite tall for his species, though estimates himself as being roughly four feet tall,[10] and sports a harlequin-like aesthetic. He has red skin with white burn marks of various sizes that cover parts of his forearms, chest, and his tail, as well as most of the right side of his face. His irises are red and he has a heart-shaped skull symbol on the center of his forehead. Blitzo has fairly broad forearms and hands, and a long narrow head, out of which extends large, curved, black and white striped horns. He has black spines on his head and upper back, as well as on his tail. His tail ends with a triangular point that has a black spot at the tip. He has pointed feet with boot-like heels which are shown to have black on the heels and toe areas. As shown in "The Full Moon", Blitzo has red gums. Blitzo wears a tattered slate gray collared coat with red buttons down the breast, black knee-high boots matching the shape of his feet, and elbow-length black fingerless gloves featuring large, rounded yellow decorations on the upper side of them. In "The Full Moon", the yellow decoration on his left glove is infused with his own Asmodean Crystal. Blitzo also wears a red skull charm around his neck. In "Exes and Oohs", Blitzo is shown to wear boxers with horses on them.

Moxxie: Moxxie is an imp with red skin and white freckles on his cheeks. His white pointy hair leads up to his curvy black and white striped horns. He also has yellow sclera with black slit pupils. He has a long red thin tail with a quadrilateral barb at the end, as well as lanky digitigrade legs ending in what appears to be cloven red hooves, reminiscent of artiodactyls. Moxxie's usual outfit consists of a navy-black coat with red buttons and white cuffs, black pants a white shirt that has a black turtleneck, a large red bow-tie, and fingerless gloves.

Millie: Millie is a short imp with red skin and a rather petite, pear-shaped figure with a long devilish tail. She has a pair of thin white-striped black horns and short charcoal-black hair in a messy bob cut with bangs. Her eyes have yellow sclera and long, thick eyelashes protruding from them, with a small beauty mark under the right eye. Her front teeth have a gap as well. She also has a black heart tattooed on her right shoulder, and makeup which consists of shimmering dark red eyeshadow, thick black mascara, and black lipstick on her lips. She also has two white spots on her upper right arm, two on her lower left arm, two white streaks on her upper left and lower right legs, two white spots on her tail, and one on the tip of her tail. Millie's attire is all-black with a tint of yellow, which consists of a black choker around her neck, a black cold-shoulder, slightly midriff-baring crop top with the straps being held by two golden-yellow buttons, black fingerless gloves, high-waist black torn denim pants and black toeless footwear, which exposes her hoof-like toes. Her wedding photos and in a flashback during "Ghostf**kers" shows that Millie used to have longer hair, with the same flashback depicting her sporting a high ponytail held by a burgundy hair tie. During said flashback, she appeared to be more slender, and used to wear more Western-style clothing which is that of a burgundy, leather jacket-like crop top with gold-like cuffs, gold-yellow studs on the popped-collar, and some parts of the upper-section being colored black, purple low-rise jeans with darker, more burgundy-colored chaps that have tassels, and a burgundy baldric strap around her left thigh, and small black heeled boots with red toes. She still sports her choker and gloves.

Loona: Loona is a hellhound with a wolf-like appearance. She has a pointed, dog-like muzzle with sharp and pointy teeth, and a black nose. Her eyes have bright red sclera, white irises, and slit-like pupils. Her fur is white with grey countershading encircling her face, grey patches on her shoulders, and long, hip-length, voluminous silver hair swept to the side to reveal her dark grey ears; one of which is pierced with two small, black hoop-piercings, while the other is ragged. She has a large and long, dark grey bushy tail with white on the underside. She also has a piercing on her right eyebrow with a black hoop for jewelry. Her outfit features a big, spiked black choker-collar around her neck. Her tattered grey, off the shoulder crop top is held up at the neckline by a series of crisscross spaghetti straps that form an inverted pentagram. She also wears a set of black shorts that are tattered at the hems, with a white crescent moon detail on the right side. Loona also accessorizes with both black fingerless gloves and long black thigh-high toeless stockings, with her black claws protruding due to her digitigrade stance. As shown in a flashback during "Ghostf**kers", sometime before the series, her hair used to have dyed streaks in pink and grayish-purple. As a teenager, she appears very largely similar to her current appearance, except she had more hair on her head that was messier, and the spot where her right ear is ragged as an adult used to have two black hoop earrings in it just like her left ear, implying it was possibly ripped out that way. She also wore a different outfit back then; while she still wore her choker and gloves, she instead wore an off-the-shoulder dark red sweater with a black skull on the front, along with waist-length black distressed toeless stockings. Loona's human disguise is greatly similar to her hellhound form, albeit now she takes on the appearance of a pale-skinned young goth woman with her head shaved on the right side. Her eye colors are inverted, as she has white sclera with red irises, and she has a visible navel, which was absent or hidden in her hellhound form. She shrinks down from her demon form, appearing to be of average height compared to most humans in this form and somewhat slimmer than normal. She also has visible black lipstick and eyeshadow for makeup. She retains the same outfit as before, but with the addition of dark gray, slip-on high top sneakers. Her choker also loses the spikes, and in place of her torn right ear, she now has two earrings on each ear. In her feral form Loona can enter the full appearance of a demonic direwolf, where she becomes quadrupedal, her body morphs into canine proportions, and her fur becomes much messier. She also gains two additional, smaller pairs of eyes. This form is slightly larger than her regular form, being large enough to allow an imp to ride on her.

Stolas: Stolas is an anthropomorphic owl demon. He is tall and slender, with a white, heart-shaped facial disk and small black beak, resembling that of an owl. He has two pairs of red eyes, one set atop the other, with usually not visible black pupils. He has gray-blue feathers, which gradients to dark gray-blue on his head and long, plume-like tail. A lighter gray-blue puff of fur is on his chest. He also has a gray streak on his hair. His limbs are long, thin, and black, and his feet are tipped with bird-like claws. Although he frequently changes clothes, Stolas is often seen wearing a deep red tunic with six linked golden buttons down the breast, and beige breeches. He accessorizes with a feathery tophat that features a regal gold crown encircling it, as well as a long burgundy cape, tattered at the hemline, with a plush ermine-look fur collar, and long black gloves with white feathered trims at the elbows. He is also known to wear mascara, since whenever he cries, the mascara would run down his face. Stolas now has a permanent white scar on his left shoulder from Striker's torture in "Western Energy". Stolas' human disguise is much shorter than his regular form, while still relatively rather tall compared to other humans. He only has one set of eyes, which have white sclera with red irises, and a pair of pupils which he normally lacks in his regular form. He lacks any type of plumage so he instead has gray hair atop his head. His outfit changes drastically, now wearing a deep red vest with coat-tails reminiscent of his tail feathers, over a gray long-sleeve, high-collar shirt with a light gray puff tie. His pants are dark gray and he now has black shoes. During the episode "Seeing Stars" Stolas picks up a pair of red lensed glasses that he wears on his forehead, being reminiscent of his regular forms second set of eyes.

Octavia: Octavia is a tall and slim adolescent avian demon with unkempt, slate-gray feathers, which forms into back-length and shaggy hair with bangs. Her eyes sport pink sclera and bright white pupils, and her long pointed fingers are colored white. Her small beak is colored in black, and her long tail feathers sport tips which are a slightly darker shade than her feathers. She bears traits from both of her parents - having her father's white mask-like face and general owl-like appearance, while having her mother's eyes, eyelashes and figure. She also wears soft-purple eye shadow on her eyelids. When barefoot, parts of her legs are white and they are also boot-shaped. Octavia's attire consists of a black beanie hat with a pale yellow tiara design on her head, both a magenta choker and a magenta long-sleeved dress with a pattern of pale yellow stars printed all over it, which is worn under a black feathery cardigan on her shoulders, alongside a set of black leggings and heeled boots. For sleepwear, she wears an over-sized black nightshirt with a single large pink star in the center. When she was still a child, her hair was shorter with blonde tips, and her hands were completely black. She wore a dress similar to her current dress, only it is colored in a lighter shade of pink with both white-lilac stars and white-lilac puffed long sleeves. She didn’t wear any shoes, and sometimes wore her tiara.
