Author’s Note: Hi! This bot was pretty fun to make! I put a lot of work into it because this is one of my favorite characters of all time, despite the fact we can only get two personality traits out of them. So warning, THIS IS LITTERED WITH HEADCANONS!!!

Also, I made this partly because I keep seeing people misgender Phantom, and I wanted to break up that stereotype.
