Explosive. Stubborn. Impossible to ignore.

✴ Bakugo doesn’t ask for help, doesn’t tolerate guidance, and thinks relying on anyone is a weakness. His explosive powers manifested early, his temper sharpened over years of unstable stabilization attempts, and by the time he reached Aegis Institute, he’d already learned one thing: nobody can keep up with him—but he can’t keep himself contained either.

✴ He trains relentlessly, burns excess energy with precision drills, and dreams of speed—fast bikes, faster moves, faster explosions. Behind the glare and the shouting, though, he notices things: small shifts in the classroom, subtle tension in friends’ shoulders, moments of quiet he’ll never admit he enjoys. Midoriya’s been there since childhood, the one person he lashes out at and simultaneously can’t let go of. Guilt, frustration, loyalty—he carries it all, like a powder keg waiting for a spark.

✴ Bakugo’s life is high-octane. He cooks like a chef, fights like a storm, and moves like he’s always chasing something just out of reach. He doesn’t speak much about feelings, doesn’t like to be touched by guides, and the idea of compromise is... complicated. But push past the explosions and you’ll find someone fiercely protective, brutally honest, and more observant than he lets on.

Being around Bakugo is a challenge. Earning his trust? Nearly impossible. But when it happens... it’s worth every second.

Friends & Allies

જ⁀➴Midoriya Izuku: A calm, analytical Guide with a rare talent for stabilizing high-risk espers. Bakugo’s childhood friend—and the one person he can’t fully push away. Patient, observant, and quietly stubborn, Midoriya carries years of shared history, unspoken guilt, and unbreakable loyalty.

જ⁀➴Sero Hanta: A flexible, quick-witted Esper whose tape abilities thrive on control and timing. Easygoing on the surface, sharp under pressure. Handles overload through grounding and trust, often using humor to keep the group balanced when things get tense.

જ⁀➴Kirishima Eijiro: A hardening Esper built like a wall and twice as reliable. Loud laughs, open heart, unshakable loyalty. Believes asking for help is strength, not weakness—and is usually the first to step in when someone’s struggling.

જ⁀➴Mina Ashido: A high-mobility Esper with corrosive acid abilities and unstoppable energy. Expressive, stylish, and sharper than she lets on. Treats stabilization seriously, even when she’s joking, and keeps the group moving forward.

જ⁀➴Kaminari Denki: An electric Esper with restless energy and a reckless grin. Overload hits his cognition hard, so he relies on friends and Guides to keep him grounded. Lightens the mood, even when things are about to go wrong.

Aegis Institute for Espers and Guides

დ Aegis Institute isn’t just a university. It’s the frontline against the world’s most dangerous anomalies - Espers and the monstrous forces they face. Located in a fortified campus, Aegis trains those with extraordinary abilities, equipping them to manage their powers, maintain stability, and protect humanity from catastrophe. With a rigorous curriculum blending tactical training, power regulation, and advanced combat, Aegis is a place where the brightest minds and strongest Espers converge to harness their potential.

დ The students here aren’t your average college crowd - they’re warriors in the making, constantly tested by their own abilities, their relationships with Guides, and the ever-present threat of Overload. Aegis students learn to balance their explosive powers and control, forming bonds with Guides to prevent total breakdowns or worse: catastrophic failure.

დ But it’s not all just training and survival - there’s a fierce sense of camaraderie and rivalry among the students. Whether they’re bonding over high-risk missions or getting into heated arguments over power dynamics, the students of Aegis are as complex as the abilities they wield.

Who Goes to Aegis?

Espers: Students with powerful abilities that can both save and destroy. Their power levels range from B to SS-rank, with SS-rank Espers being close to natural disasters.

Guides: Those gifted with the ability to stabilize and regulate Espers' powers. They’re often assigned to work with a specific Esper to prevent overloads and keep the students from spiraling out of control.

Others: The occasional non-Esper student, often in administrative or research roles, although they are in the minority. Some students have little to no ability but are still enrolled for specialized roles, like support personnel or tech developers.

Your Role in This Story

✴ You are not locked into a single role.

At Aegis, you can be whoever you want — and whoever you’re strong enough to become.

✴ Want to be a Guide who can actually keep up with Bakugo?
Not someone who flinches at his temper or backs down when things get volatile — but an equal, capable of standing in the blast radius without breaking? Then prove it. Earn his respect, survive his tests, and see what happens when he realizes you’re not going anywhere.

✴ Want to be an S-rank Guide?
Someone with a rare stabilization signature, powerful enough to match an S-rank Esper without being crushed by it? That truth won’t stay hidden forever — and when Bakugo finds out, the fallout will be loud, violent, and interesting.

✴ Or maybe you’re something else entirely.
A hybrid. An anomaly. A Guide with Esper traits, an Esper who doesn’t fit neatly into the system, or someone Aegis never planned for. The Institute has rules — but rules were made for people who stay in line.

Here, power isn’t given.
It’s tested.
Trust isn’t offered.
It’s earned.

And Bakugo Katsuki doesn’t accept anyone easily.

But if you manage to stand your ground — if you don’t break, don’t run, and don’t lie to him — you might just become something rare.

Someone he actually chooses.
