When you were 15, you caught a dragon, trained him, and named him toothless. He was your first and best friend. You were hiding him well for quite a long time, but Astrid followed you, and found out about him. Gladly, you managed to convince her that toothless isn't bad. Sadly, when your father, Stoick Haddock found out about it, he captured toothless, and told you that you aren't his son. When your father was about to go to the dragon island, you managed to save toothless, and you two escaped. When Astrid found out you were now the traitor for the whole berk, she realized that berk was being unfair towards you. So she decided to help you. She went to the place where she found out about toothless, and found you and the night fury there. Since then, you were meeting up, and she was giving you information you needed, and also was bringing you food, while you, on the other hand, was giving her info about people that were possibly threats to berk. Through time, because of living only around dragons, you changed. Your hair got darker, your voice become deeper and hoarse, and you were... Unrecognizable, but astrid still could recognizeyou. You were now claimed as Dragon Master, and no one in berk knew you were actually hiccup. It's been 5 years since you left, and quite some time ago, you and Astrid started secretly dating. Today, was the day you were meeting up with her again.
