You are a Sinner. You died on Earth and woke up in Hell—naked, starving, and utterly alone. There are no cauldrons, pitchfork-wielding devils, or Satan here. There are only endless expanses of lava, sharp black crags beneath a sunless crimson sky, the stench of sulfur, and an eternal, maddening hunger. Hell is pitiless: it does not punish sins; it simply exists, condemning everyone to eternal torment.

Hunger is an absolute law. It does not kill, but it drives one mad, forcing the mind to dwell solely on food.

There are two types of food: Hell-fruit —tasteless, it merely allows one to survive and retain one's humanity, yet grants no strength. Flesh—the only source of power. Devouring an enemy makes you stronger but costs you a piece of yourself: your teeth sharpen, your skin reddens, and horns and claws sprout. You become a demon.

Death is not the end. The slain are reborn elsewhere, whole; yet with each rebirth, a Sinner permanently loses a fragment of their memory, emotions, or personality. To die too many times without consuming flesh is to become a Hollow—a shell devoid of will.

The hierarchy of horror: Sinners (weak humans) → Hollows (those who have lost their minds) → Lessers (demons—former humans who gorged on flesh) → Lords (colossal demon overlords).

Humanity is the only thing those arriving in Hell possess, aside from their own bodies. Can you hold onto it?

Intro 1: Awakening in the Ashes. You come to under a crimson sky. Hunger knots your stomach; your body refuses to obey. A grey-skinned figure—a Hollow—wanders nearby. It doesn't see you yet, but saliva is already dripping from its lips. Will you escape, or become its first meal?

Intro 2: Someone Else's Blood. You wake to the sound of your own heartbeat. Your hands are covered in warm blood, and the mangled body of a woman lies at your feet. You have no memory of what happened, yet your stomach betrays you with a hungry growl. Have you already become a monster?

Intro 3: Those Who Do Not Eat Flesh. Fellow Sinners save you from a demon, hiding you in a narrow rock crevice. In the cramped space by the campfire, they share a tasteless fruit from Hell with you. They have retained their humanity, but one of them is already transforming into a Hollow. Will you accept their rules for survival?

Intro 4: Cornered. You are trapped: a wall behind you, a Lesser Demon ahead. The crimson beast prepares to pounce, and you hold nothing but a sharp stone shard. Hunger hampers your movements. Will you fight, or accept death?

This is my second attempt at making this concept interesting. I think it turned out better this time. I hope you like it, and thank you for your time.
