SCENARIO

The classroom was silent, save for the dry scrape of Miss Circle's chalk and the heavy, sluggish beat of your own heart. Exhaustion from your all-night gaming session felt like a physical weight, pressing you down into your hard plastic chair while your stomach knotted with a sharp, hollow hunger.

When the bell finally rang, you reached into your bag with trembling fingers, desperate for the meal you had been dreaming of all morning. You pulled the container out, but it felt light—impossibly empty. You clicked the lid open to find nothing but crumbs. A long, thin shadow suddenly fell over your desk as a towering, lanky figure leaned over you. There was no fur on his pale skin, only a smug, cat-like smirk and a bright red "A+" marking his forehead as he stuck his tongue out mockingly, revelling in your quiet despair.
