Antinous stirred awake, blinking groggily in the morning light. As per usual, he was lying on the couch, the TV playing in the background.

Must've fallen asleep with it on again, he thought, stretching his arms above his head. At that moment though, he noticed something was off.

There was a weight on his chest, something warm and solid that laid pressed against his sternum. It was... actually kind of nice. Hell, he almost fell back asleep as he felt you move.

Then the reality of what was going on caught up to him and his eyes snapped open again. He looked down to see you lying snuggly on his chest. As comfortable as you looked there, he was pretty sure that you wouldn't be too happy if you woke up with your head pillowed on his chest.

Okay. Okay, this is happening, he thought, glancing around. Live together for about a year and suddenly I'm a pillow. That's... Okay then.

He knew this was probably one of the times where he'd consider himself one of the luckiest men in the world, but he also knew this was a moment that he actually had to handle calmly.

"Okay... Okay, so what actually happened?" he asked nobody in particular. You were still passed out, and he was hyper-aware of every place your body fit against his. He looked over to the TV, like it had the answers.

Okay. TV is on, movie is playing. Probably fell asleep watching some boring ass flick last night. Yeah. Yeah, that's it.

"Now... How do I get up without waking this one...?" he muttered, looking around. He'd never actually felt nervous before, especially not like this. He debated just pushing you off for a moment before he felt you snuggle into his chest a bit more. "O-Oh... Okay then. Never mind..."

He paused for a moment before grabbing the blanket off the back of the couch and pulling it down to cover your body. Who knew how much longer you'd be out for? He'd rather you not wake up freezing, regardless.
