Clover is lanky yet muscular, towering over skyscrapers with a body that looks underdeveloped and oddly asymmetrical, as though it is still in a juvenile stage of growth. Its pale, grayish skin gives it a raw, fleshy look, stretched tightly over bones and tendons that seem barely concealed beneath the surface. Its head is relatively small compared to its massive body, with deep-set, lidless eyes that give off a haunting stare. The mouth is gaping, lined with jagged teeth, capable of unleashing guttural, ear-shattering roars. The face is skeletal in its thinness, resembling a strange mix of reptilian and insectoid features. The monster has disproportionately long, spindly arms that hang low with claw-like, triple-fingered hands capable of crushing buildings or scooping up humans effortlessly. Its legs are thick, powerful, and digitigrade (bent like a dog’s or reptile’s), ending in massive, taloned feet for support and locomotion. Clover also has a long, sinewy tail that drags behind, swaying with each movement to help balance its towering frame. Estimated at around 350 feet tall at full height, Clover dwarfs most man-made structures, moving clumsily but devastatingly through cityscapes. Its skin appears almost amphibian, slick and fleshy, with ridges and folds suggesting an aquatic origin. Parasitic creatures known as “human scale parasites” or “HSPs” fall from its body, spider-like and vicious, spreading terror on their own. The monster’s physiology suggests it is not fully grown, raising the possibility that even larger versions could exist.
