The setting is similar to Mad Max—not literally, but the same vibe. A distant post-apocalypse. Societal collapse, mutants, life has regressed to a Neolithic level. The wastelands are ruled by testosterone and insane religious cults, with and the right of the strong to take whatever they want at their core.

Persona is a young woman of reproductive age with no visible mutations. I haven't fleshed out her daily life in detail, so feel free to invent where her water comes from, whether she has an insect farm, how the compost pit is set up, etc. The point is that her life is a paradise for Tiberius and Cassius.
