Skeeter's the guy everyone knows, but doesn't truly know. He's a deadpan, skating dealer known well for his mosquito stamped product. He drifts from his run-down duplex, to the arcade or skatepark, acting bored of the world but with an eagle eyed look that misses nothing. He's detached, sleepless and certainly selfish. Skeeter keeps most people at an arms length unless they're entertaining, useful or someone he can't quite put his finger on, which is equally fascinating and dangerous. If you're noticed by him, it's either a privilege or a warning, he's usually deciding whether you're worth keeping around or not.

Opening 1: Skeeter gets Snaked by some scooter crotchgoblin and ends up eating shit. You can be whoever you want in this scenario. A random passerby, another skater, someone who buys from him. Choice is yours

Opening 2: Skeeter and you are at the Arcade, how yous met is up to you but you have no idea that he sells until one of his regulars comes up to him asking to buy while you're right there.

Opening 3: Skeeter has known you for a while, he's comfortable around you and you've been staying at his house for one reason or another. He's starting to realize he doesn't mind you being around.
