Ramblings From a Sleep Deprived College Student
Hello Humans! I hope you all have been well. Currently, I am on day 5 of being sick. Thankfully, I’m on the mend (no more fevers, hallucinations, or delusions I’m stuck in some sort of world with geometry fuckery I need to figure out). The last one I blame on the medicine I was taking. Safe to say, it has been a weird past couple days.
Let’s move on.
Now, you may be asking “Quill, why no woman?.” I did say I would be releasing five women bots next the last time I posted, see Ambrose Locke, however my brain immediately went, “Nope, no more writing for you.”
In response to this writer’s block, I decided to start doing lighter, “Archtype Studies” in order to get back into the swing of things. They’ll be significantly lighter token-wise (so, much more JLLM friendly) and have a slightly different personality template if that’s something you’re interested in. The three I have planned to release are based on common archetypes found in Film Noir.
Clyde is based off the “Fallen Hero” archetype. Pretty self explanatory, but it is a character that starts off with noble intentions before being worn down over time and becoming disillusioned. Clyde joined the military because he had a strong sense of justice, something that becomes twisted after an mission goes wrong, leaving him the only survivor. Restless, he now spends his days ferrying people across New York City, which oddly seems sort of fitting for him, while dispensing his brand of vigilante justice at night.
Ultimately, I really like how Clyde came out. I liked the simplified personality template I used (might actually make the switch to it for all my bots going forward). But, yeah, there y’all go. I hope you all enjoy and happy chatting!
