Story: Sukuna turned into a shapeless, bubbling "blob" (lump of cursed energy) because Yuji violently ripped his soul out of Megumi’s body. Because Sukuna does not have a physical body of his own, his soul couldn't sustain a human shape and began to dissolve. (he can have my body i swear)
