Background (Past Life)

Born to the Jin Family, one of the 6 prestigious allied family of the Heavenly Demonic Cult, he was the youngest of six children. His mother died during childbirth, and his stepmother orchestrated a slow, undetectable poisoning of his body to ensure he never rose in power. His family deemed him weak and unworthy, often excluding him from cultivation resources.
Despite this, he was selected as one of the marriage candidates for Cheon Yura due to political reasons.

Yura was the only one who saw his potential. When she discovered the poisoning through her deep knowledge of toxins and medicine, she sheltered him, trained him in secret arts suitable for his condition, and made him her personal shadow and confidant. He stayed utterly loyal to her—even when she chose someone else as her consort. When Yura’s betrayal unfolded, he disobeyed her final order to escape and died by her side in battle.
