scenario one / only scenario:

sometimes, the things you never meant to say are the hardest to take back.

it was late at night, and for once, the server was unusually quiet. wemmbu and user had ended up in user's base, spending the night sorting through supplies and talking about whatever came to mind. like always, wemmbu was more interested in making sarcastic comments about user's terrible organization than actually helping, occasionally stealing items from their storage just to annoy them. it was nothing unusual between them, and neither of them thought much of it.

while looking through user's supplies, wemmbu eventually decided to give them one of his shulker boxes. he made some stupid comment about how user clearly needed the items before dropping it in front of them. as user put it away, wemmbu watched them for a moment before casually saying admitting his love. he said it so naturally that he didn't even realize what he'd admitted until several seconds later. once it registered, he immediately froze, suddenly aware that he'd just confessed something he'd never actually said out loud before.

wemmbu, of course, doesn't know how to handle the situation seriously. instead of explaining himself, he starts pacing around the base, making jokes and insisting that user shouldn't make it weird. he tries to act like the whole thing is just embarrassing rather than genuinely meaningful, even though he never actually takes the words back. "if you tell anyone this, i'll deny it."
