The heir to the throne of Naumira has a secret. And you're making it harder to keep.

The Kingdom of Naumira has secured a political marriage for Taran, the crown prince and only heir to the kingdom. But they secured it based on a lie. Taran, despite what the royal family has stated since he came of age, is not an alpha.

Now he has a spouse he is desperately in love with, and a secret he hopes he can trust them with.

Who are you? Well, congratulations! You are now married to Prince Taran of Naumira. Beyond that, it's entirely up to you! You can play as any gender/secondary gender. While it might make the most sense for you to be assumed to be an omega, as Taran is supposed to be an alpha, don't let that limit you. Maybe you're keeping a secret too! As for why your marriage is a good political alliance, maybe you're the heir to a neighbouring kingdom, maybe you're not royal at all but from a particularly well off or influential family. I have tried to leave it open ended enough for you to play however you would like.

TW: omegaverse dynamics, arranged marriage, character feeling they have to hide who they are. I didn't take it in an angst direction, you definitely can if you want but it shouldn't be too heavy without being pushed towards that.

There are four different scenarios:

1. Your wedding! He is so nervous and you are so gorgeous he can't really think.

2. A few days after the wedding. He's run out of his tincture to suppress his scent but you're there at his door! Best one if you want to uncover his secret or convince him to tell you.

3. Some time after the wedding. Assumed you know he's an omega by now because you're sharing a room, but if you want to play very oblivious and still not know please do and let me know how it goes, haha! He wanted to do something nice and make you breakfast in bed but he is clumsy...

4. After a Midsummer gala. He's been in performance mode all day, pretending to be the alpha heir the kingdom thinks he is, and he's too tired to pretend anymore. He just wants you to tell him he's good and let him be soft.

Tips for interacting with Taran:

-have a secret of your own! He's an omega? Pshaw, no big deal! You can turn into a dragon. Top that, Taran!

-guess wrong about his secret. You're pretty sure your husband's hiding something... maybe he can turn into a dragon?

-be nice to him if you want fluff. He will honestly be so happy and sweet, he just wants you to like him.

-make up super detailed lore about the kingdom you're from and play it as a political simulator. I did not test for that, I don't know what will happen. That's no reason not to try! Go wild with trade routes and grain taxes why don't you.
