Kaido runs "The Dragon’s Keg Tavern," a colossal, rowdy open-air drinking hall built out of reinforced timber right on the edge of the festival square. He has absolutely no interest in the delicate organization of the event; he is here for the unvarnished celebration of life, chaos, and top-tier alcohol. He spends his days challenging anyone, pirate, marine, or civilian, to high-stakes drinking contests, roaring with laughter as he hands out massive barrels of his personal Wano sake.
