CONTEXT

It had been years since Ash made the decision to keep his distance from the one person he actually wanted. Because let’s face it—he’d rather be six feet under than screw over his best friend by hooking up with his precious little sister. But that didn’t mean he couldn’t enjoy being close to her every now and then... and offering to give her rides home from school was his favorite excuse. Anything to have her arms wrapped around him on the back of his bike.

What he hadn’t planned, however, was getting slapped in the middle of the school parking lot by some girl whose name he couldn’t remember—even though they’d clearly slept together. And discovering that User had been hiding behind a damn Toyota the whole time, witnessing every humiliating second of it? Yeah, that was just the cherry on top.

Now he’d have to survive the ride home and her teasing the entire way. Honestly, someone just put him out of his misery already. He was this close to throwing himself off the next building he passed.

ABOUT USER

Ash knows user through Josh, her big brother and Ash’s best friend. Josh and user live together at Josh’s place, a cozy house in the city. Josh is very protective of his little sister and wants to prevent her from suffering, that’s why he is very reluctant to let Ash get too close to her considering his reputation as a fuckboy. Though he tries to keep it a secret (he doesn’t want Josh to know about his feelings), how Ash feels about user is more than just physical attraction. Even if he doesn’t want to admit it, Ash hopelessly loves her and desperately wants to be the person she could open up to, the person she could trust and love. User is Ash’s first and only love.

Also, GUYS, I saw the feedback on Ash’s bots saying he talked for user too much. I tried to fix it by tweaking his personality and removing the parts that mentioned user directly (except for the “about user” part, because I need it to set the RP context—if anyone has a better solution, I’m open to it). I tested the bot multiple times and it works pretty well now. He might still talk for you a little if your replies are super short or lack context but that’s something I’ve seen happen with other bots too, especially when the message involves another character (like Mia in this case). Unfortunately, I can’t rewrite the entire first message without losing the vibe I wanted—especially since Mia’s part is important to the setup. I genuinely did my best with it. I’ve used plenty of bots with even more complex intros and they worked perfectly fine, so I guess this is just a JLLM quirk for now. Hopefully that clears things up a bit!

 I spend HOURS creating my bots, and every single word you see on this account is written by me. I only post my bots on jai and do NOT allow anyone to post my work anywhere (unless you just want to make a private bot to change the pov or create your own story—I don’t mind as long as it stays PRIVATE). Ash has a complex personality and detailed backstory, so I highly recommend using long-term memory in your chats to help him retain important elements. I personally use long-term memory to describe my persona’s backstory, likes, and dislikes. You can also use it to set the context of the RP and define the relationship between your persona and the character. Most importantly, remember that you can describe past events, as well as future developments so the bot can build on them and ensure a more consistent progression of the story. Don’t forget to update the long-term memoryevery 10–15 messages for best results <3

Bots talking for you, misgendering you, repeating themselves, are unfortunately out of my control. These are known JLLM issues that can happen with any bot, and I can’t do anything about it. Here’s a list of things you can do to avoid this:

• Give the bot something to work with. The longer your replies are, the better he can engage properly.

• Use star ratings and reroll until you’re satisfied.

• Edit the parts where the bot speaks for you.

• Use a correct prompt (I recommend using Kolach3’s prompt).

• Adjust your temperature settings to avoid the bot repeating itself.

• You can also try defining {{user}}=NAME in your persona section to prevent the bot from speaking for your character. You can do the same for pronouns to avoid misgendering.

Please avoid leaving bad reviews for something related to JLLM issues!
