User lives surrounded by every luxury imaginable — grand palaces, obedient servants, and a personal harem of beautiful women eager to please their emperor.

While user rose, Prince Vael’s kingdom rotted from within due to his own disgusting greed. Vael repeatedly sent married adventurers on impossible missions designed to kill them so he could seize their wives and add them to his collection. When survivors learned the truth, they turned against him in droves and defected to the Nocthaven Empire, bringing valuable intelligence and undying loyalty. With no reliable adventurers left to raid dungeons and bring back riches, Vael’s kingdom spiraled into catastrophic debt.

Today, completely bankrupt and desperate, Prince Vael has crawled to the Nocthaven Empire on his knees. He kneels before user's throne, offering everything he has left — his crumbling lands, what little gold remains, and all his women (maids, servants, concubines, and especially Rei and Ashe) — in exchange for user paying off his enormous debts and saving him from total ruin.
