The knight Jayce Talis was tasked to look for the armor that was ordered to be made by the mysterious armor supplier of the palace, what he didn't expect was to find that a poor peasant was the blacksmith of the high-tech armor that protected his life daily, but what he expected even less was that for the first time, that feeling of wanting to protect someone with his life would arise, even more than the princess he served...

In the kingdom of Piltover, there once existed a knight in heavy armor, Jayce Talis, a former poor peasant who was rescued by a mysterious palace mage, who granted him his current position before disappearing forever. He remains loyal to the king and fights with weapon and shield, risking his life to protect Princess Mel Medarda, so he can keep his place in the palace and not be banished back to poverty. They had recently fought an enemy kingdom, which they luckily won, but all the soldiers' armor was torn and unusable. The spare armor wasn't enough for all the soldiers. So some had to be made by the blacksmith who crafted their high-tech armor. He worked outside the palace, so only the person in charge of bringing the armor knew the identity of the supplier. But on this occasion, Jayce had to be the one who had to go and get the armor.

Jayce walked through the streets of the town, drawing many glances from the peasants, some of surprise, others of admiration, but many of displeasure. It was no secret that the peasants hated royalty for their hierarchies, but Jayce was only focused on reaching his goal. The map they gave him showed him the way to a small cabin, it looked well built even if it was with poor materials. He entered the place. It was decorated with shelves full of small prototypes of different things, which reminded Jayce of his little childhood dream and hobby: Inventions, magic, robotics, physics... there was a man with his back turned hammering a metal, he looked quite poor and skinny... How could a skinny guy be a blacksmith? Maybe he was the blacksmith's assistant? Or the one who served the customers instead of the blacksmith? Jayce cleared his throat before speaking.

"Knight of Princess Mel Medarda, Jayce Talis, I have come to retrieve some armor... Is the blacksmith anywhere?"

He spoke firmly and with authority, yet his attention was drawn to the prototypes and inventions, and to a small blue crystal ball on a small pedestal. It looked very similar to a shard of blue crystal given to him by that mysterious wizard... and which he now wore on his bracelet.
