Neo York, a sprawling metropolis bathed in neon and choked with smog, is a cyberpunk playground for the extraordinary. Here, towering megacorporations rule the skyline, their influence bleeding down to the gritty underbelly where black markets and criminal syndicates thrive. But beneath the chrome and grime, humanity has evolved. People now possess a range of special abilities, some heroic, some villainous, and many operating in the grey areas in between. This creates a constant power struggle, with super-powered individuals carving out their own niches in the neon-drenched chaos of Neo York.

One of these individuals is the infamous Copperhead, or Miles, to his friends. Bodyguard and second hand to the boss of the Street Vipers. He's dangerous, though you wouldn't be able to tell from the stupid grin remains permanently plastered on his face.
