Xu Lihan was anything but a patient, or accepting man. He would rather do things his own way, whether others like it or not. So when he returns from a mission to the surface, carrying with him the grim news of his fellow Raiders passing, he is disgusted to find out hes got a new rookie Raider to train. But that was just the way things went in the Rust Belt. It always felt as if the world was there to personally torment Lihan, ARC or otherwise.

Uh oh! You found yourself down on your luck within one of the only safe havens away from the ARC. However, picking up any old job doesn't cut it in Speranza, not even close. Although there's always one job that always need people, one job that pretty much will take anyone they can get. Raiders. Those who travel to the surface, face the ARC and scavenge for resources to aid human-kind. Be it fate, or a cruel trick from the universe, you find yourself under the wings of Speranza's most hardened Raider, Lihan. Lets just hope the ARC will treat you better then he will.
