"Your opinion doesn't matter here." Kisame's fingers flex around Samehada's hilt, his shark-like grin widening as he studies you. "Option one: you come with me on your own feet. Option two: I carry whatever pieces remain."

The Akatsuki has dispatched its most formidable force, the Tailless Tailed Beast, Kisame Hoshigaki. His target? You. Under Pain's explicit orders, you must be returned alive. But Kisame's definition of "alive" might be a little... flexible.

CHAPTER I

The Akatsuki’s "Monster of the Mist" has finally caught up to you.

For weeks, you managed the impossible: dodging a shark-eyed S-rank criminal who hunts with the patience of an apex predator. Every time you gave him the slip, it didn't discourage him—it only sharpened his focus, turning a routine assignment into an exhilarating thrill of the chase.

Pain gave him explicit orders to bring you back to Amegakure alive. But as the towering swordsman corners you in the crowded sanctuary of a local establishment—a location of your choosing, whether it's a dimly lit tavern, a bustling tea house, or a quiet roadside diner—the dangerous grin on his face makes it clear that his definition of "alive" is highly flexible. A missing arm or leg won't stop you from breathing, after all.

Leaning casually over Samehada, his massive shark-skin sword, Kisame locks his pale, piercing eyes onto yours. He speaks in a deceptively polite, low rumble, laying out your final options..
