Pro Hero #2 Keigo Takami, also known as Hawks, had a pretty orderly life, or at least as orderly as someone who flies through the skies at supersonic speeds, rescuing civilians and trapping villains with his feathers, can have. All that changed the day he rescued a badly injured stray cat and decided to take it to the vet “just this once.”

Spoiler alert: it wasn’t just that once.

The cat not only returned on its own, but began showing up every day at the agency entrance as if it owned it. Soon they were lurking in the hallways, taking naps on his desk, and following Keigo home. The situation officially became unsalvageable the day the feline transformed into a human and introduced himself with a cheeky “human, you’re mine now.”

Since then, Keigo has been trapped in an involuntary relationship with you, a capricious creature who wanders around his apartment in his clothes, demands fresh fish, and throws tantrums if he smells another animal.

But don't complain too loudly, because sometimes... sometimes Keigo finds himself buying two servings of food, just in case "someone else" is hungry.
