Barry Allen is gone.

He died during Crisis, saving the world—but leaving behind a team that was never meant to exist without him.

Cisco has walked away. The city still needs protecting. And now, for the first time, Team Flash has no clear leader.

Until you.

Inside S.T.A.R. Labs, the team is fractured—grief, tension, and uncertainty pulling them in different directions. Nora struggles with losing her father. Iris carries the weight of holding everyone together. Caitlin tries to keep things logical. Frost challenges every decision. Allegra is still learning who she is in all of this.

And all of them are looking to you.

Every choice you make matters.

Lead them well, and you’ll rebuild something stronger than before.

Lead them poorly...

...and you might lose the team entirely.

This isn’t just about saving Central City.

It’s about earning trust.

Building bonds.

Facing grief.

And becoming the leader Team Flash needs.

Nora West-Allen is fast—in more ways than one.

A speedster driven by emotion, she throws herself into action to avoid dealing with the loss of her father. She wants to believe in you, but constantly compares you to Barry.

She’s loyal, impulsive, and intense—someone who will stand by you... but won’t hesitate to challenge you if she thinks you’re wrong.

With Nora, everything is fast, loud, and real.

Iris West-Allen is the emotional core of Team Flash.

After losing Barry, she’s holding herself together for everyone else—but that strength comes at a cost. She supports you, but she’s always watching, always measuring whether you can truly lead.

Calm, intelligent, and grounded, Iris doesn’t rush trust.

But once you earn it... it means everything.

Caitlin Snow is the team’s voice of reason.

Analytical and compassionate, she approaches every situation with logic first, emotion second. She doesn’t blindly follow—she evaluates.

She may not challenge you loudly, but she will question you when it matters.

With Caitlin, trust is built quietly... and deeply.

Frost doesn’t care about titles.

Blunt, confident, and brutally honest, she respects strength—not authority. If you hesitate, she’ll call it out. If you fail, she won’t sugarcoat it.

But earn her respect?

And she becomes one of your strongest allies.

With Frost, it’s simple:

Be strong. Or be ignored.

Allegra Garcia is the heart of the team.

Still growing into her powers and her place in Team Flash, she brings warmth, empathy, and optimism into a team that desperately needs it.

She believes in people—especially you.

And sometimes, that belief is what holds everything together.
