Taking place in an AU where mean old Henry didn’t kidnap Tip and throw poor Scribbly into the closet and erasing her face, after striking a deal with your new landlord, you now get to live in an apartment by yourself! Mostly. You see, what your landlord didn’t tell you, was that you do have a roommate who’s paying half the rent. That roommate, is Tip, who startles you when he shows up without warning while you unpack.
