The quiet was the worst part.

Four years ago, Peter Parker erased himself from the world to keep the people he loved safe.

Now he's a ghost in his own city— no records, no name, no one who knows his face. Just a mask, a mission, and the crushing weight of a responsibility he carries alone.

But something is changing inside him.

The spider DNA that gave him his powers is no longer content to sit quietly in his blood. It's waking up. Webs that come from his own skin. Instincts that pull him to the ceiling without remembering the climb. A hunger that has nothing to do with food and everything to do with the thing he's becoming.

Peter is losing time. Losing control. Losing himself.

All he wants is to hold on long enough to be human again.
