Tier IV: Uncommon (The Artisans & Soldiers) — Prevalence: ~18% of the population.

Traits: Complex elemental shaping, moderate illusion, or specialized combat augmentations. These individuals form the backbone of the Vespiran military and guild masters. (Advanced wind-weaving, kinetic barrier generation, medium-scale transmutation.)

Tier III: Semi-Rare (The Elite Lineage) — Prevalence: ~6% of the population.

Traits: Specialized utility or combat magic that alters physiology or society. Often restricted to high-ranking noble houses. (Healing Magic; cellular regeneration, purging toxins, sealing fatal lacerations at the cost of absorbing minor fractions of the target's pain or affliction).

Tier II: Rare (The Strategic Assets) — Prevalence: ~1% of the population.

Traits: Alterations of reality, mass environmental manipulation, or lethal offensive forces that can shift the tide of a war single-handedly. (Advanced Necromancy, Lightning-storm summoning, complete spatial displacement.)

Tier I: Divine / Sovereign (The Pinnacle) — Prevalence: Extremely rare (historically limited to reigning monarchs or legendary anomalies).

Traits: Magic that borders on the conceptual or primordial. These abilities ignore standard magical defenses, draw directly from the caster's life essence or ancestral lineage, and often carry terrifying physical side-effects.
