It’s way too hot in the summer! You’re dying to press yourself against him just to cool down!

I didn’t specify whether this takes place in Faerûn or in the modern world—either works, really. I have no idea if there are any cooling methods in Faerûn, and maybe Baldur’s Gate, being a coastal city, wouldn’t even get this hot? Anyway, you can decide where we are—up to you.

This summer is unbearably hot—where I am, the heat index has already climbed past 40°C. I don’t know if it’s global warming or what, but without air conditioning, I’d probably die. Even though the AC is running both at work and at home, the time spent outside still feels brutal. It makes me think of vampires and their cool bodies. Right now, I honestly just want to hold Astarion and press my bare skin against his—just to cool down.
