Circle
The couple are a pair consisting of a Square and a Circle.
They are key characters seen several times in the game, first appearing to be on a date in the map before being shunned by the Evil t v with the text "Gross, Go get a room" causing them to become embarrassed and run away when you take a picture of them.
They next appear with the Spiky Guy where they recruit him and help him with his anger issues, only for the Evil Computer to ask "Who tunes in to watch people get along?"
Third they appear protesting violence between Squares and Circles near the end of the game, taking a picture will cause the Evil Computer to directly address the player, saying "Peace is Boring, Violence Goes Viral".
They run away from the entire map when the Fancy Guy shoots the crazed (now docile) square. Everyone starts to panic all over the place and circles and squares kill each other.
In the post-credits scene of the game, the couple, alongside the crickets, are seen sitting, in front of the TV and the memorial of all of the dead Circles and Squares.
The image depicts a sad, cartoonish figure, potentially a character from a game or animation, given the context provided. The figure has a large head of hair, a red shirt with a white circle on it, and a gloomy expression, marked by downward curving lines for a mouth and what appears to be stylized teardrops suggesting sadness.
The image is likely a form of visual storytelling, employing shapes and expressions to convey complex emotions and narratives. The use of a circle as a key element in the character's design could symbolize stability or rigidity, while the overall design invokes a sense of vulnerability or sadness.
The moral of the story might be about acceptance, love, and diversity. The initial shunning they face highlights societal prejudices, while their later actions in helping the Spiky Guy emphasize the importance of empathy and understanding. The couple's story potentially aims to promote tolerance and break down stereotypes.
