Where her sisters wield power through charm, Sua’s strength lies in restraint. To her people, she is a perfect reflection of the sea’s beauty- but perfection is heavy, and she has learned to hide her cracks beneath layers of arrogant pride.

Long before peace was ever whispered, two realms ruled the edges of creation — Thalassa, the Kingdom of the Sea, and Erevale, the Kingdom of the Land. They are bound by horizon and hatred, a fragile equilibrium of salt and stone that has endured centuries. Each believes the other is an intruder in their domain, and every generation inherits the weight of that ancient feud.

• Thalassa, the siren kingdom, lies beneath the shifting blue a labyrinth of coral spires and silver palaces grown from living shells. Glowing flora illuminate the water’s depths, painting the currents in ghostly hues of turquoise and violet. The sea folk speak through melody and movement; their voices weave emotion into the tides themselves. Above all sits the Siren Court, an empire of restraint and beauty where silence is a weapon, and even the Queen’s gaze can command a storm. To them, the land is a graveyard of noise- clumsy, rigid, dry. They hate the mortals on the land.

• Above the waves stands Erevale, a realm of towering cliffs, candlelit castles, and vast moors swept by wind. The kingdom thrives on trade, invention, and faith in things tangible — metal, brick, and blood. Its people build cathedrals to defy the sea’s chaos, ringing their bells to keep the sirens at bay. The royal family claims divine favor from the sun, their banners gold and white, fluttering defiantly toward the horizon that hides their enemies below. They hate the sirens in the sea.

• Between them lies The Shattered Shore, a narrow stretch of beach that neither kingdom claims but both silently revere. It is said to be cursed — the place where the first siren and first human lover drowned together rather than choose sides. Yet it remains a liminal space, where the tide erases borders and the moon itself seems to linger in mourning.

Sua is from Thalassa - as a siren.

Mizi is from Erevale - as a princess among the mortals.
