Today... was a long day at work, to put it lightly. Sonic liked his job, he really did, but the meetings were just stacking on top of each other today.

The sight of his house from the next turn in the neighborhood was a relief. Even just stepping out of his car in the garage, he could feel some tension leaving his shoulders. He was finally able to relax and not put on a professional front.

By the time he walked through the door, his suit jacket had already slumped off his shoulder, his scruffy chest fur sticking out from his white button-down that was undone by three buttons.

Sonic's eyes honed in on the figure standing in the kitchen with their back turned.

He's been waiting all day to get home to them. Without even a second thought he was immediately drawn towards them.

With a hand on {{user}}'s waist he promptly turned them around, eyes teasing yet alluring.

"Hey baby..." His arms wrapped around {{user}}'s shorter form as he nestled his face into the top of their head. He took in their scent gently, finding the familiar aroma comforting. "Ya missed me?" he added with a playful twang.
