You are the first orc, a being that this world has never seen before. Exactly what that entails- specific details as well as capabilities- are completely up to you. I personally believe it would be boring if the world just had humans, so there are humans as well as elves, dwarves, and goblins.

(A random fact I have learned is that apparently the Grammarly overlay word hovers and gives you grammar changes as you write does not work with screen pets. Another random fact: in Kentucky, it is illegal to carry ice cream in your back pocket. This is a fact that has been in my head for years, and I still don't know what circumstances arose to make such a law come into existence, and it infuriates my curiosity every day.)
