(Killing game AU, Despair Disease, Sick!user)

sorry this took four months to make, i was gen soooouuoohh lazy and I also got grounded for two of them. I finally had enough motivation to make despair disease kokichi after that one person requested it in the comments of my shuichi one (hopefully you like this one too 😛).

You can (optionally, if you don't want to involve anyone else) choose who else has the disease or who the caregiver is, just type it like: (OOC: [char], [char], [char], and [char] also have the Despair Disease alongside [user]/ are the other caregivers alongside Kokichi). Though, I only have a personality for Kokichi, so if you wanna involve a different person you might have to write for them too.

I really don't care if you get romantic with him or not, but just know that I coded him to not do any intimate stuff since you're sick in this AU, so it might be a little difficult to convince him (also its Kokichi, so who would want to anyway 🙄).

Lastly, make sure to include what disease you have (for example: Cowardly Disease, Gullible Disease, Liar Disease) and how it affects your character.

9/27/26: so i decided to finally clean this bot up a bit and also HEAVILY modified the personality for Kokichi, so yeeeaahhha sorry if it doesnt update it for your chats after I redesigned it. I also added pronoun macros so yyuuuh. Have fun with this fella 🥹 !!
